Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Once confirmed, the refund process will begin within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact us immediately.
  • If the courier attempts delivery, kindly refuse the package.
  • Once the product is returned and verified, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours and may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Items that are altered, used, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for returns.
  • Refunds will only be provided for:
    • Products damaged in transit
    • Manufacturing defects (with valid proof)
  • Refunds exclude any shipping and COD charges.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.

Mode of Return

  • Customers must email us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images or an unboxing video).

Refund Process
